Brunch in South Denver: Food and Drink Menus

You may have heard we’re serving brunch in south Denver. In the runup to offering weekend brunch service we had fun playing with different combinations of classic brunch ingredients like eggs and meats, but we also wanted to think outside the usual suspects. For some starters and entrees we changed an ingredient here or there to give the dish a new taste or a new look (our Rocky Mountain Benedict is a good example).

In other cases we wanted to bring in more of the ‘lunch’ side of brunch. One example of that is our Bootheel 7 Ranch Burger, which is a hearty option for anyone who was up early enjoying the weekend and is ready to treat themselves. You can see the full menu below.

We also enjoyed experimenting at the bar with some flights (yes, we’re excited about that too), ten signature cocktails that go way beyond Bloody Mary and Mimosa options…and of course there are plenty of non-alcoholic options as well. We definitely had as much fun coming up with the drinks as we did the food menu. You can now have a look at the full drink menu below.
