Baking Classes
After much demand, Uncorked Kitchen is excited to offer baking classes to give attention to the sweeter side of food. Get gooey, sweet and scrumptious as you learn the tricks of the best pastry chefs with our baking classes. Bakers regardless of skill and age are welcome to join. (Age appropriate classes are offered.)
Breads, deserts, pies, tarts, cupcakes... the list can go on. Mix, roll, knead, slice, press, beat, decorate and dust while you make and bake your favorite treats like oven fresh pies and tarts. Or, enjoy learning new techniques and recipes like French macarons, éclairs, cream puffs and cannoli, all made from scratch and ready to share. We are excited to see you at one of our upcoming baking classes!

Everyone loves eating a great cannoli, but have you ever made one from start to finish? In this hands on event you will be making the shells and filling from scratch. Enjoy the freshness of a handmade cannoli and take some home with you to share with friends and family.

Take your senses on a trip to Spain as we dive into the art of making Paella! In this Uncorked Kitchen interactive cooking event, join us to try your hand at creating the delicious blend of flavors, that oh-so-crispy rice and the tantalizing aromas that you can only get with Paella. Our professional chef instructor will guide your group through creating three dishes, topping off this tasty experience with the sweet treat Bunuelos de Viento! Buen Provecho!
