Event Policies
Uncorked Kitchen General Event Policies
- All food and beverages offered at events shall be provided solely by Uncorked Kitchen.
- All participants are required to sign a waiver of liability prior to participating in any kitchen event, in the case of a minor the guardian will be required to sign for them.
- Unless noted, class participants must be 18 or older.
- Participants in beer or wine tasting classes must be 21 years or older.
- Children ages (15) and under must be checked in and out by an adult. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins to complete the process, and pick up your children promptly at the end of class. No children will be allowed to leave the premises unless accompanied by an adult.

Public Kitchen Events | COVID-19/Influenza Specific Cancellation and Payment Guidelines
If a guest is experiencing symptoms of an infectious virus such as the coronavirus causing COVID19 or the influenza virus, our policy is as follows:
• If cancellation notice is received by Uncorked Kitchen 48 hours prior to your event’s scheduled start time, you will receive a full house credit on your online account.• Between 24 and 48 hours prior to your event start time, you will receive a 75% house credit on your online account.
• If cancellation notice is received on the same day of your scheduled event, prior to the start of your event, you will receive a 50% house credit to your online account.
• We will be unable to offer any refunds unless we receive notice 7 days or more prior to your scheduled event.

Public Kitchen Events | Cancellation and Payment Guidelines
1. When you reserve a spot for an event, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
2. If you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your event: Your payment will be refunded in full.
3. If you cancel within one to two weeks of your scheduled event: We will issue you a credit towards a future class.
4. No refunds, transfers, gift cards or credits will be issued for cancellations within seven calendar days of your scheduled event date. You may send someone else in your place that meets the appropriate age minimum for your event style.
5. We cannot provide refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for classes missed because of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.

Private/Corporate Party | Cancellation and Payment Guidelines
- A 50% deposit is due at time of booking along with a non-refundable facility rental fee.
- In the event you must reschedule your event the deposit is transferable up until 30 days prior to your event. A second facility fee will be required to reserve the new date and time. The deposit is refundable up until 30 days prior to your event.
- Within 30 days of the event the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Balance is due in full 10 days prior to your scheduled event and is non-refundable. Any beverage packages consumed during the event will be charged to the card on file the day following your event.
- Any incidentals incurred during the event will be charged to the card on file unless otherwise specified.

Kid/Teens Party | Cancellation and Payment Guidelines
- $200 deposit is due at time of booking.
- If cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event your full deposit will be refunded.
- The deposit is transferable up until 30 days prior to your scheduled party. If you need to reschedule your party within 30 days of the scheduled date a second deposit ($200) is required to secure the new date and time. Your initial deposit will be applied to your birthday balance if we are able to re-book your original scheduled event.
- Deposit is non-refundable when cancellation notice is received within 30 days of event.
- Balance is due in full 10 days prior to your scheduled event.

Kid/Teens Camp | Cancellation and Payment Guidelines
- Full payment is due at time of booking.
- If cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days prior to the first camp week of the session, your payment will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation notice is received within 30 days of the first camp week of the session your payment is non-refundable.
- Payment may be transferred to another camp week or another child up to two weeks prior to your schedule camp week.
- Payment is non-transferable within 14 days of your scheduled camp week.
- We cannot provide refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for classes missed because of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.
If Uncorked Kitchen must cancel a class
If Uncorked Kitchen cancels a class due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances you will have the choice of receiving a refund or a credit for that particular day towards other offerings. If a class is canceled, we will make every attempt to notify you by phone or email using the information you provided to us upon registration. We encourage you to check your email. If we do choose to notify everyone via phone and we are not able to speak with you in person, we will leave a message.
Weather related cancellations
We will make a determination no later than 2 hours prior to a class and in the event of a cancellation of a class due to inclement weather, we will make every attempt to notify you by phone or email using the information you provided to us upon registration. We encourage you to check your email. If we do choose to notify everyone via phone and we are not able to speak with you in person, we will leave a message. We encourage you to call us if you are in doubt. Unless you hear from us either via email or phone based on the information provided to us at registration, the class will be held.
