A Look Inside The New All-Season Solarium

What previously served as an open-air rooftop patio bar and dining space, has been reimagined to become the new solarium– an enclosed gathering space where guests can enjoy curated wine, gourmet small plates, and delicious hand-crafted cocktails all year round. Overlooking the gorgeous Front Range, the new solarium provides the same floor-to-ceiling panoramic views for guests to soak in as they sip on their new favorite pour and catch up over a gourmet meal.

The solarium was thoughtfully designed with our community of wine lovers and food aficionados in mind, expanding our wine bar’s seating capacity to accommodate twice as many guests as before. We hope that the additional space will create more opportunities for connection centered around incredible food, fantastic wine, and even better company.

A New Chapter in Uncorked Kitchen History

Uncorked Kitchen strives for each guest’s experience to encapsulate the luxury of a gourmet meal served in an upbeat and elegant setting. Since we opened our doors in 2015, guests have gathered at Uncorked Kitchen to enjoy life’s most pleasurable moments, from spontaneous date night cooking classes to celebratory occasions. The solarium will create an exciting new experience for guests and marks a new chapter in Uncorked Kitchen’s history of entertaining and sharing our love for gourmet food and wine.

We have been building the business from the ground up for the past decade, and are excited to continue to create a magical culinary experience for each guest who passes through.

As we open the solarium just in time for winter, we welcome guests to come and try new, seasonal menu items and a rotating selection of wines hand-picked by our in-house sommelier.
