This is a private Cooking Camp for members of the Homeschooled Adventure Club only. If you are not a member of this group please do not register your child for this camp program. Ages 10-17yrs.
Using fresh ingredients and seasonal flavor profiles we will help your family usher in the change of seasons and welcome it into your home. Each junior chef will be creating spring inspired dishes to bring home to your dinner table. (Meal serves 3-4 people).
Learned Skills:
• Safe Food Handling; hand washing, sanitation, hygiene, temperature
• Knife Skills; safe knife handling, chopping, mincing, slicing, peeling
• Measurements; portion control, consistency
• Stove and oven skills; temperature control, sautéing, braising, simmering, grilling, baking
• Multitasking, Organization, Clean-up
• Team Work, Problem Solving

Ready to make this the easiest Turkey Day ever? Sign up your child (ages 7-17 yrs) for today's camp to create the pies and take the stress out of knowing where your sweet treats will be coming from that day! The kids will be guided by our chef instructor in the creation of not only two sweets, but also a biscuit & gravy casserole to start your Thanksgiving morning off on the right foot.

Drop, Chop & Shop 7-17 yrs.
Sign up and drop off your child or teen for this half day camp while you head out to get some holiday or Black Friday shopping done! They'll be chopping, seasoning and cooking up a meal to bring home and share with your family while you're out!
