Kick off the night by creating Shrimp and Avocado Tostadas topped with a zesty blend of sour cream and cilantro—perfect for breaking the ice and getting to know your fellow food lovers. Then, roll up your sleeves and dive into making Enchiladas Verdes, filled with grilled chicken and roasted poblanos, a dish that’s sure to heat up the evening. For the grand finale, enjoy chef-prepared Lime Shortbread Cookies with a tequila-lime frosting that will leave you craving more.

In this Uncorked Kitchen interactive cooking event, join us to try your hand at creating the delicious blend of flavors, that oh-so-crispy rice and the tantalizing aromas that you can only get with Paella. Our professional chef instructor will guide your group through creating three dishes, topping off this tasty experience with the sweet treat Bunuelos de Viento! Buen Provecho!
